Leadership Skills for Families, Schools and Business

Purpose:

To create environments which invite and develop caring, responsible, self-directed members of society.

Mission:

To develop leadership skills which will impact and shift management strategies from those that rely on the motivation of reward and punishment to those which invite internal control. Leaders will initiate and support an environment which develops a secure, connected, competent and autonomous next generation of citizens.

Everyone wants to be the best parent, teacher, leader, human being that they can be

Each person has the right to make decisions about themselves and their own lives

Each person is entitled to their own points of view

Each person is responsible for their own actions

Children have rights

Children require nurturing and guidance

Joy and fun are an essential part of living

Prevention takes precedence over intervention

Change is a process that occurs over time

There is always a win-win possibility

There is no one right way
