	Proactive Classroom Management inviting respect, resourcefulness and responsibility. A staff development workshop with coaching to support implementation and mastery. Offered to administrators, principals, teachers and others who work with K-12 students.	Meeting the Challenge of today's classroom - it is critical for schools and for society that we have effective strategies for shaping target student behavior, and that we respond with a problem solving approach to achieve lasting change. A training workshop with coaching days to provide support for implementation.
	Practical, specific strategies to help you raise a caring, responsible young adult who can maintain positive behavior without external controls. Offered to parents, teachers and others who work with children.	Practical, specific leadership skills to help you support each other, learn from each other and engage in professional dialogue about the art and science of teaching. Offered to administrators teachers and others who support classroom teachers.
