Patricia
Belvel, Founder and President, is an educational
consultant, trainer and parent who brings 20 years of
classroom experience to school districts, families and
business. Pat earned a B.A. degree in psychology from
College of the Holy Names, Oakland, CA and an M.A. in
education from University of Santa Clara. She has developed
training for parents, teachers and others who work with
children.
Participants
in TCI workshops learn specific skills for meeting an
individual's basic human needs: security, connection,
competence and influence.
Currently
TCI's training staff conducts workshops in school districts
throughout the United States for administrators, teachers
and other school personnel.
